Enneagram for Teams
A one-day workshop, different from individual coaching. It starts the same way - each person gets an individual assessment and a 1:1 debrief. But then everyone comes into the room together.
That's where it shifts. We look at how the different types interact- who pushes, who pulls back, why certain people clash under pressure and others don't. Most teams have real "aha" moments here. Someone finally understands why a colleague reacts the way they do. The pieces of the puzzle fall into place.
You walk away with a shared map of the team - every type, how they connect, where the friction points are. And almost always, more trust than when the day started.
